Re: Sibelius, J., Kullervo, Op. 7.
As Sallen112 said, it is definitely eligible. The problem is the score is quite hefty in size (at 457 pages large), so it'd be quite a bit of work.

Re: TYPESET PARTS!!!!
I have a suspicion that many people already had them at one point (either created them personally or were given them) when they had no access to an "official" or engraved set of parts. They may then upload them when they learn of IMSLP's existence because "why not; I have them". ...

Integrity when it comes to PDF can have many different forms. Did you have a specific one, or a use case in mind?

Re: Hindemith Sonata op.11 no.6
Looks to have been published in the early 2000s as edited by Hermann Danuser, so most likely copyright worldwide.

Re: Copyright status of odd orphan work (Parsifal Mass)
Honestly, this work is so obscure (the OCLC accession number you provided only shows one owning library) and sufficiently aged that I doubt the controlling publisher will bark. With the information that was discovered, I think there's enough evidence to post it with a "checked" status for ...

Re: Smetana - Triumphal Symphony
Yes, it is, and was reprinted by MPH a while back. Full score is 253 pages and looks readily available (from the source edition printed in Prague, 1955) from libraries in the US.1853-54, it should be in the public domain, no?

Re: Gliere piano transcriptions?
Not able to see any records for a piano transcription of his third symphony, so if they do exist they must be fairly rare.

No, that's not all. They are also
1. Hard to obtain
2. Time consuming to scan
3. Require specialized scanners
4. Time consuming to edit and compile

There do not appear to be any libraries in the US that own a copy of this score.

Re: Why there's always been so few operas?
Why are there so few operas? Primarily because they are the lengthiest scores (by genre) to scan, edit, and upload. It takes quiet a long time to do this and often requires special scanners. Operas are often too much work for most to handle. But by all means, if you have an 800-page full score to a ...

Re: Jean Cras String Quartet
From what I can tell, the score was published in 1926 and isn't owned by very many libraries in the US. I might still be able to get it, so I'll put it on my list.

Re: Poulenc piano concerto
As best as I can tell, the full score was only ever available via rental; there doesn't seem to have been a miniature reduction produced. If you wanted to get your hands on the full score, you could most likely obtain just that via perusal loan from D/S/R. Some nominal fees would likely apply, but n...

I vote to remove. These cause more harm than good, especially now that the Gutheil parts are available.
