Changing title page

Hello, Some time ago I uploaded the "Complete Score" at the tope of this page: https://imslp.org/wiki/String_Quartet_N ... C_Antonio)
("PDF scanned by ChSmall")

I need to edit the title page. How do I do that?
It should read as follows:

Antonio Bazzini
String Quartet #6
F Major, Opus 82
(1892)
This is a copy of the manuscript score held in the Library of the Milan Conservatory
Parts are published by Manontroppo Music

The text should read as follows:

This is a copy of the manuscript score held in the Library of the Milan Conservatory
It is probably not an autograph score, but likely a copy made by Italian violinist Enrico Polo (1868-1953)

First, you'll need a correct copy of what you want to upload. Once you have that, go to this page: https://imslp.org/wiki/File:PMLP396443-BazziniSQ-6.pdf

Then click on "Upload a new version of this file". You can submit the new file there.
