Album-Leaves of Franz Liszt on IMSLP

I am currently sifting through various album-leaves and fragments written by Franz Liszt in digital archives in Weimar, Budapest, Berlin etc and editing them onto IMSLP. However, another IMSLP user, Or Vaitzman, has previously uploaded his editions of some of these pieces by transcribing recordings of pianist Leslie Howard on Hyperion records. These transcriptions are based on copyrighted audio, and differ greatly from the manuscripts that I have found of the pieces he was trying to transcribe. I think it's more beneficial for these vastly inaccurate and low-quality ear transcriptions to be removed from IMSLP. I am in the process of uploading editions from manuscript source for some of these instead. I would appreciate any response.
