Re: What has happened to my submission?

Thanks for looking and replying Jossuk! I didn't notice it on the Compositions page, as I think it belongs on the Collections page. At least that is where the first 3 suites I submitted are to be found, under Consort of 4 parts. So I guess my question remains, in part. What did I do wrong so that th...

What has happened to my submission?

I have twice uploaded the Suite No.5 by Matthew Locke (complete score and parts, set by me) but they have not shown up after several days. The first time I was send a message saying that I had not done it correctly; that is why I submitted it again. If it was still not done correctly I simply need t...

How do I find the advanced search feature

I saw in a FAQ that there is an advanced search function available on every page, but I can't find it.

I am sure a single example will reveal, so I am hoping someone will tell me how to find all works by William Byrd that is for 4 instruments/voices.

Incorrect composer contributions

I posted several files for 2 fantasies under the name John Milton, but have since realized that they belong under the name John Milton Sr. (the father of the former).

I have no idea how to go about correcting this error.

incorrect period for composer Thomas Tomkins

I think Thomas Tomkins is solidly in the English Renaissance period, but he is classified as a Baroque composer.

meaning of the movements/sections attribute

I am pretty sure I know what the number of movements means (trio sonatas have either 3 or 4 movements generally), but I am wondering about a single work, such as a pavan, that typically have 3 repeated sections. Is it desired that the number of movements/sections for a pavan be set to 1, or to 3? th...

How do I create a collection?

Newbie here. I see that there is a tab titled Collections associated with a composer. How do I add an entry on this page for a new collection? I have also seen a "work" titled something like "Fantasias for two viols" on a composer page; the page associated with that link contains...
