Unhappy to report that the issue has returned

Just wanted to happily report that burrito.whatbox.ca works again (as always I am reporting from Belgium). It has been unreachable for more than half a year.

Just a gentle reminder that the problem persists; burrito.whatbox.ca is unreachable from Belgium.

I checked on the PML-CA server logs, and it seems there was no one visit from Germany in June. I tried to reach http://petruccilibrary.ca through a German proxy server, and it didn't work. I am getting right now the same kind of error message as was originally posted in this thread.
