One of the orchestras I'm in tried to use Igor's version of the Strauss Oboe Concerto. The short and polite version is there are far too many errors and omissions to be worth the download. Save your bandwidth. The long version: the parts have missing/incorrect/extraneous notes, missing/inappropriate...
