This is the second German edition, described in Grabowski and Rink's "Annotated Catalogue of Chopin's First Editions" (Cambridge: CUP, 2010) as 10/1-6—2-KI. It was published "after 1840", not in 1833 when the first edition was published. Gotta love IMSLP!! Thanks everyone for all...

Just came across this thread. I studied in my youth with Marion Bauer's 2-piano partner, Anne Hull, at Juilliard Prep. Miss Hull always had great things to say about Ms. Bauer.
