Thanks for staying on top of this. Happy that IMSLP is finding a way to allow users to submit works from composers who died after 1971. Hopefully contributors in life + 50 countries will be able to get us Duke Ellington and Shostakovich in a few years

Just to be clear, you mean "earlier" in the places where you wrote "later", right?

From all indications, I think they want to extend copyright in a non-retroactive way (this would mean the Stravinsky is still OK to copy), but it's definitely something we'll have to keep an eye on!
