A new program (actually a smartphone app) called “Playscore” does a remarkable job even scanning complex scores and putting them into MusicXML in my experience.

Wondering why uploading this to IMSLP is restricted. There is a Dover reprint already - I thought this generally meant the original was out of copyright.
