Saverio Mercadante Flute Concerto in e-minor

Would be very grateful if anyone could upload Saverio Mercadante's Flute Concerto in e-minor to IMSLP. Especially any full scores, piano-flute arrangements, reductions of this piece that are in the public domain.

I am familiar with the Creative Commons licenses. We only record music under public domain in selected regions.

https://imslp.org/wiki/Le_triomphe_de_la_R%C3%A9publique,_RH_618_(Gossec,_Fran%C3%A7ois_Joseph)#IMSLP103292 has a violin version in E major: #358757 Isn't acceptable for a flute? Thank you for bringing this up. I've already seen this. Although it's similar, it's not quite the arrangement that is po...

Tambourin by Gossec

There's a famous arrangement of Gossec's Tambourin made for flute and piano, which is submitted to IMSLP (#103292) under a Creative Commons License by another website/company. I believe this is an older arrangement that is most probably under the public domain because many famous flautists from diff...

Koussevitzky piece still not in the public domain?

I assume the following piece (see link) must be written before 1900 and, as far as I know, this score is an original composition, i.e. not an arrangement someone else made. Could someone please clarify why it says it is Non-PD in the US? Or, is it a mistake? https://imslp.org/wiki/Humoresque,_Op.4_(...

Re: Using scanned images of scores on IMSLP commercially

Hi Sallen112, Thank you for the clarification! So, it appears that contributors to IMSLP cannot claim ownership of their scanned photographs, even if they could prove that it has their handwriting on the margin or they can show in any other way that its a rare edition that belongs to them (of a work...

Using scanned images of scores on IMSLP commercially

I am wondering about an issue brought up in an old thread: "Is the image the property of a library/person who scanned?" Here is the link to this old post: https://imslpforums.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=991&start=15 I am unable to find this very important question addressed in the IMSL...
