Is there an update on IMSLP policy regarding YouTube videos (not links) posted with associated scores? In this particular case Ack Varmeland, du Skona by Anders Fryxell (IMSLP692918-PMLP1109325) is just a fragment. I attempted to add a second .mp4 file to an existing item (on #298214). The submission duplicated the file ID PMLP483233. Can this be fixed and how do I avoid errors like this in the future.

I created a work page for uploaded score Bernhard Wolff's "Pot-Pourri for Puccini's Manon Lescaut" (PMLP1457926) and in doing to did not see the upload link for the cover image, Is there a way to add this image now?

I had uploaded PMLP600066-Leybach-Masnadi.mp4 several days ago. It is still pending review and I note a malicious code warning attached. Should I upload a replacement file?

Thanks for the info. I had changed the original file name to include "rlx" at the end. I'll change the file name to "leyb-bol 1 rlx." Will that be enough?

You are correct. I didn't catch that. Please remove the block. No. 5 is correct. Can the duplicate be removed so No. 6 can be uploaded? Sorry for the confusion on my part.
