If it is really from Vavilov and only composed in 1970 (what I now assume) then I cannot publish the arrangement, of course. I have made an arrangement of Ave Maria of the Composer Giulio Caccini. Caccini has a composer page (https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Caccini%2C_Giulio).
