I do not think anyone is the best composer. The composers we consider in the highest council (E.G. Rameau, Haydn, Grieg, Debussy, Rachmaninoff etc...) are all good in there own ways. My personal favorite is Rachmaninoff, because the emotions in his music are real, as oppose to Chopin's music who I f...
