It seems this composer was actually born in 1875 and not 1913. Died in 1964 at the age of 89. Copyright may not be an issue after all.

The violin part was indeed requested, but the various sources for the piano/violin version seem to lack that violin part...

Yes, it seems there are two pieces in that file. However, the miscellaneous notes for that item do say : Published with K.95 as "Le Moulin et La Balancoire"....

IMSLP file number seems to be #42557. Actual page numbers are not present, but the document header shows 10/39 for the last page of #11 and 11/39 for the second page of #12.

The link you have provided allows you to download the item you mentioned; no apparent need to involve IMSLP.

And the dates printed in the music after "Sr." are actually Junior's dates. Good catch...!
