That is what I thought, because the scores to his first five symphonies are available with cello parts from Generoso, and the violin concerto is the same. So it must be in PD in Canada but they haven't been uploaded yet.

Do any of the old libraries that are being copied contain any of the Sibelius Symphonies that would be available in Public Domain, such as 1to 5, and his violin concerto and other orchestral...
