WIMA is not the copyright owner of the Standard Music Notation document. In 2003
WIMA obtained the permission from http://www.mpa.org/ but this address is no longer valid.

Sometimes the Wikipedia pages don't have the links to other relevant Wikipedia pages. I suggest you make an advanced Google search http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en with Search within a site or domain =http://en.wikipedia.org. If there are too many results you can also chose unwanted words...

If you hate tenor clef there are Selected Fugues arranged for recorders:

but you must accept the Tenor part beeing transposed by 1 octave!

A friend recognized Rossini's Semiramide Overture in the last Garibaldi piece.

This is certainly true. There were also manuscript arrangements of Italian opera tunes in the collection I uncovered, but the original composers were clearly specified on these scores.
