Re: [BUG]Truncation of "File" in the Add Files form
When I click the file I want to check, of course the browser window pops up and I can see the whole file name at its bottom. Is it what you mean by "selecting the file field"? It would be nice to see the 5 or 6 file names together, with their rightmost characters, without having to select ...

[BUG]Truncation of "File" in the Add Files form
Once I have put multiple files into File#1:, File#2:... before I click Submit! I can't see the last characters of my files, e.g. if I add c:\thing\stuff\chunk_violin_1.pdf and c:\thing\stuff\chunk_violin_2 I can see only c:\thing\stuff\chunk_violin once I have added both files and I can't check I've...

[BUG]copyright-review codes: N! or !N?
The copyright-review-code section of the FAQ says "N! = copyrighted but permission given" but in my last retypeset contibution http://imslp.org/wiki/6_Concerti_Grossi,_Op.3_%28Handel,_George_Frideric%29 I see !N/!N/!N I guess !N and N! mean the same copyright status, but things would be ea...

Re: [FEAUG] <br> (line break) ignored in Alternative Ttitle
It seems the right procedure is: 1: type the Alternative Title without the line break when you're in the Add Work menu, 2: click the Add box when you've typed all informations, 3: move to the new page of this work, edit it and insert <br> at the right place. But don't insert <br> at step 1.

Re: [FEAUG] <br> (line break) ignored in Alternative Ttitle
[quote="Davydov"]For some reason the "<br>" tag was rendered in the text as as "<br>" so it wasn't recognised by the Wiki software. I've just changed it to "<br>" and it seems to work OK now.[/quote] Yes it does! Did I cause this misinterpretation by putting a...

[FEAUG] <br> (line break) ignored in Alternative Ttitle
Why is <br> not interpreted as "line break" in the Alternative Title: field? See my messy Alternative Title in Leduc, Alphonse, La Quêteuse. May I put a line break into this field?

Copyright status of information found in forewords
I have scores which meet these conditions: -the composer is undoubtedly PD worldwide, -the edition was made in the 1950-ties and has insignificant editorial contributions, -the author of the foreword died in the 1970-ties. I understand I may not scan the foreword because it is copyrighted. But AFAIK...

Dittersdorf, string quartet no.4, Oertel
I have the parts of Dittersdorf's string quartet No.4 in C major, edited by Johannes Oertel, München. No plate number. Couldn't find this edition in Pazdirek's catalog. Does anybody know the publication date? Has this notice: Für ihre Concertvorträge bezeichnet von Gebrüder Müller. I found this: htt...

Scores played by pianists on a Japanese site.
I discovered this site http://www.piano.or.jp/ . It is full of videos with pianists playing unfamiliar pieces. Some pages have a link to the corresponding IMSLP page like this one: http://www.piano.or.jp/enc/dictionary/composer/prudent/021092.html Other pages don't seem to have such a link (I can't ...

Re: Page about 'Used Sheet Music Stores'
Well OK, your "box at the end of each country" is a good idea.

Re: Page about 'Used Sheet Music Stores'
I think it would be best if, instead of starting a new page, we just added a box at the end of each country with "Online Second-Hand Shops" or something; so after seeing all the actual shops, one could also see the online music shops of each country Why does the country matter, since thes...
