It appears that at some point after the file was transferred to IMSLP from Sibley that Sibley updated the file to include those pages. I've now transferred the updated file to the work page so it should be available once it clears copyright review.

Images extracted from the BSB PDF will be 1000 by about 1270 pixels at 72dpi.
