I do this: I clic on "Add a file to this page" afer I fill again page with piece information and then i clic to upload. After this I get thi message : Warning IMSLP 1 files you are trying to submit has already been submitted before, and the old IMSLP catalogue number for the file is used. ...

I'm sure.
I don't remember if it was an external link or an embedded page,I remember only the autor asked admins (on imslp forum) to put this page (or link) on line...
If someone can find it ...........thank'you

That sistem works for new entries only.(Files just uploaded)
For files reviewed and approved It does not work.
I'm waiting for imslp admins instruction to replace files and fix bugs......

On the Old IMSLP there was a table of files conversion to change an abc file to a MUS or a Sibelius to lilypond and so on......
Does someone know where I can find it now?

They are not sure that work is by Bach;might be written by other composers (they suggest the name in parentesis)
