I can not download the first violin part to the Gliere Octet. Same is true for some but not all of the other parts. My browser times out. Other pages on IMSLP work fine. What is the problem?

Very interesting discussion, but I have these questions:

• Does imslp.org currently accept .MUS or .SIB uploads?
• If so, are they accepted from all users, or just from a certain class of user?
• Is the meaning of the term "Deprecated" explained somewhere on the IMSLP website?

I told IMSLP my Yahoo email address and now everything seems to work okay.

Is it possible that you may have typed the wrong email address for confirmation? That would explain why IMSLP says that it did send the email, but you didn't receive it. Thanks for trying to help, but I don't think so. I've gone into my IMSLP preferences page and copied my email address to the clip...

I want to modify my IMSLP user preferences so I can received email notifications from IMSLP.ORG. However, my email has not been confirmed.

IMSLP thinks it has sent confirmation messages to my email address. However, I have received none. I have a comcast.net email address.

Suggestions?
