Thats been around forever for a template, and what do you mean "for all works"? That template is used in only certain places on a workpage though...

Yes its a caching issue with IMSLP, it takes a few days for non-users to see the new workpages usually.

OK I see what you mean't would have been helpful if you detailed the title of the work to us to avoid confusion. File I think looks Ok to pass Urtext edition rule.

Right now its a new feature for the website. At some point, were getting a new Website API which I believe will be more improved by then. If its not showing up, I assume it got taken down for more tinkering and improvements.

You cannot currently as far as I know submit files through the mobile app. You have to visit the website through the browser to submit files.

Any files added to IMSLP has to be either in the Public Domain at least in Canada (died before 1972) or in the United States (first published before 1928 currently). For copyrighred files, uploading files with permission under a CC license or dedicated to the public domain on here. Its not a good id...
