You are not allowed to remove CC Licensed files off of the site as it is irrevocable to remove such files, any files uploaded on IMSLP will stay on here, unless it is under copyright everywhere.

We already determined for this composer that his works were made available through a museum, thereby evidence for these works even without performance information, are considered first publication evidence.
