Sorry were actually in the middle of converting over to a new reviewer on our ends for the site so, I am kind of waiting until its fully done right now.

We already determined for this composer that his works were made available through a museum, thereby evidence for these works even without performance information, are considered first publication evidence.

Any works by this composer will need a letter of permission from the copyright holder of this composer sent to our permission email: permissions@imslp.org in order to allow works of this composer on here. if there are any works first published before 1931, we can accept them on the USA server.

The file would need to be reuploaded to the Taiwan Server where the composer is Public Domain there.

If it is still blocked, we haven't reviewed it yet, please be patient.

Just make sure the original version is directly uploaded to the USA Server and not on the main server please!

Just add them on the workpages for now, they will show up as a unknown tag. One of the more experienced category taggers will add the category to the Mediawiki tag list page at some point and then it should change to being a legitimate category listing.

Is there a date anywhere on the edition your talking about? A composer who died in 1985 in not public domain in Taiwan but if the piece is first published in 1918, we can accept it on the USA Server instead.

Does it say on the edition who did the Vocal Score arrangement?

If you have the time, I would look into doing a sortable list structure for the list of works pages as that is the most versatile, or there is just the plaintext list that isn't sortable as well we do have for workpages.
