Per policy, we do not delete files unless there is a direct improved quality replacement ready. Plus for any CC licensed files, it is irrevocable to delete these files off of imslp.

The renewal term from 1930-63 is 28 years (not 26) after a proper registration in the CCE until anything published starting in 1964 until 1977 which it is an automatic 95 year term with proper copyright notice on the edition or book.

If you convert the score to black and white, then redact the right hand of the organ part, we can probably accept it as a urtext/critical edition on here.

So its probably PD then in the USA most likely if no renewal is found. I would mark it as "C" for the USA status then and put in the USA-C-notrenewed template in the Copyright Info field in the General info section. I did a quick search in our internal Copyright Record Search and I did not...

So if the title page does contain any USA cities where it would be assumed to be simultaneously published with the USA, then most likely if there is no renewal (and/or registration), then most likely it is PD in the USA, considering it was first published within 30 days of the USA.
