thanks. Obvious in retrospect

I have several collections of guitar music from 1870-1890 and am wondering how to submit them. For instance I've got Brainard's Instrumental Guitar Folio no.1 from 1890. S. Brainard is the author of the folio but not the composer of most of the pieces. It's full of lovely bits of immigrant americana...
