Re: Uploading scores to IMSLP-US and adding links on IMSLP.O

hrm. I may have to use "after 1958" since that's all I know about this person- he might have died before or after 1958 but that's the whole worry and why I have to upload to the imslp.us server (hrm- maybe better not to upload at all, actually, unless I can actually find out a death date o...

Re: Uploading scores to IMSLP-US and adding links on IMSLP.O

It's precisely the generate.html form that I've been using, but apparently the links it creates do not go where they should lately. OS 10.6.7, Mac Intel 2-proc. machine (about 3 years old), Safari 5.0.5 (6533.21.1).

Re: Augener Edition No. 5900 Scarlatti 25 sonatas 1917

do you have a scanner?... (actually, now I'm wondering if this is the edition I got at a recent booksale- it took me awhile to identify the Scarlatti sonatas therein by Kk numbers, and then I put it away and misplaced it. now i'll have to go look. sounds like the Dunhill edition would be a good one ...

Re: Dresden SLUB online digital scores

for SBB files I've been doing somewhat more arduous routines (though I do not have Photoshop, just iPhoto and I may have Gimp installed or re-installable, have to check...) - still, seems to work when I have time and patience for the smaller files. :) Re SLUB: (late edit 8 May '11) I see the PDF but...

Re: Krommer Clarinet Concerto, Op. 36

*raises happy eyebrow at mention of Küffner (though more interested in Krommer, relatively speaking, the others interest me too)- though whether manuscripts are public domain is sort of an "it depends" kind-of-thing or so I am led to believe? - the answer in the case of the Krommer non-arr...

Re: Krommer Clarinet Concerto, Op. 36

I think it may have been first published by Supraphon in 1953, oddly. Still PD-CA and possibly even PD-EU, so someone might be able to upload it, however, given a scanned-in copy of the score. (Or Krommer's manuscript in a European library perhaps somewhere?)

Re: Gustav Jenner (1865―1920)

it doesn't have opus 3 attached, but the names of the songs are the same as at HMB. ... at least, according to Worldcat. i should know better than to trust them and should check BSB's catalog also... hrm.. backinamin. hrm. ... or not. never mind? (is there a search I'm forgetting here? :( like a mis...

Re: Gustav Jenner (1865―1920)

so little is mentioned by Worldcat pre-1922 that I admit some curiosity (actually... ah. I now see we have uploaded the rest of his early opp up to op.8 except for the op.3 Gesänge for Choir of 1894, the op.4 Lieder of 1894 , and BSB has what may be part of the 1894 edition of -the op3- which has si...

Re: Australian Music

the most recent Australian composer who has a work represented on IMSLP (and only one of his first two quartets from Sibley- I have both downloaded therefrom, should upload the other, will soon) - is Alfred Hill. As I expect you know (sorry!!) a number of less recent composers who had scores publish...
