Re: No Performance Tab

The "show" button itself has now disappeared, so I can't even click that. Is this happening to -anyone- else? (Even if my membership had expired, I should still have access to CC-available recordings that have been uploaded. All of them have been hidden.)

Re: new Köchel

Pity, rather liked "K[6]" numbers, whereas 627+ could easily be even more misleading.

I'd forgotten about that, d**n :(
This is not the best decade for libraries, in a way.

Re: Deux Impromptus Op.4:1. Esperance for Violin and Piano by Lalo

I think the British Library may be, though, for a fee, and they have it as well. The only online source that Worldcat suggested might have it was the Netherlands Music Institute. (Edit: BL-UK does have it in their catalogue; shelfmark h.3959.a.(4.).)

Re: Deux Impromptus Op.4:1. Esperance for Violin and Piano by Lalo

One would probably have to find sheet music, maybe at a library (British Library, French National Library...) since it doesn't seem to have been digitized anywhere (that I can find) nor reprinted yet (though it's been recorded once or twice.)

Re: Meri Davitashvili

Meri Davitashvili (1924-2014). There -is- a Youtube sheet music video with the score in the background, though. That'll serve for browsing. Want something for performing, you'll have to buy it.

Right. It even lists the libraries on the left (see "library siglum").

Re: Theodor Szántó's orchestral works?

His suite for string quartet is at a library in Illinois, I see (published by Salabert, ©1932.) The manuscript of Grof Romeo is at the Szechenyi Library . LoC's old catalogue lists Szántó's "Nuits blanches" (published? 1924-5) for small orchestra - they may not still have it, I'd ask them ...

Actually, as I'm using an iPhone and not an iPad, I'm in the wrong category, apologies.

Re: Padrucci: The iPad app for IMSLP

Some of the categories however are out of date in the lists you can see in Padrucci. (e.g. Ernst Toch, Marie Jaëll…)

Re: WRONG NAME

Very wrong.
"If the title is the name of a standard, generic type or form of work (e.g. symphony, concerto, sonata, suite, string quartet, piano trio, nocturne), then English is preferred". From IMSLP Manual of Style, the which you should please read before uploading -anything-.

Re: Margaret Ruthven Lang Op.52 "Night of the Star" cycle

I have what I think is a better scan of the first two movements to upload and am working on the rest.
All 4 movements uploaded.
