I've attached them to a nearly blank pdf !

Well if you know of a PDF music player let me know.
I'd like to share these though and that page does seem the most suitable place.

They are MuseScore files - they are to be played on MuseScore - I can convert them to MusicXML but PDF is pointless.

I have transcribed the lessons into musescore and would like to be able to upload them so that others can use and improve them
How can I do this?

That's why other formats are required. And non proprietary ones too - MusicXML works quite well.
