Why can't I edit pages that I have created on IMSLP for my own compositions, let alone pages for works of other composers that I have uploaded?

Can you be more specific for your issue? I haven't heard of anyone having this issue before, was your account blocked?

Yes, that link work. An HTTP error prevents me from attaching a screen-shot of my composer-category page, which I was able to attach to another reply just a few minutes ago.
