No, because melodies are usually the same under rhythmic transformations such as augmentation or diminution or being reworked into a different metre, and the “search by melody” feature also works under any possible transposition. So in other words, it’s not the rhythm that identifies the melody (though having a good rhythm is essential, as Gershwin would attest). It’s the choice of note pitches.
