Is the IMSLP now generally accepting scores that are PD in the USA only (at the moment pre-1923 copyright dates)?

An announcement will be soon given on this subject (and, more in general, about non-PD-CA scores possibly hosted on regional servers). This is the reason why a new forum section named "IMSLP Regional Servers" has been added today. Please be patient, it's still very early morning in the US...
