Uploaded higher quality scan, and it's blocked

It says the score is blocked. I am guessing that might be because it's new or because it is a large file, but I wanted to check if there was anything else I needed to do.

The file was blocked because it needed to be cleared by a copyright reviewer. It appears to be available to download now.
