Looks like it. It's often hard to tell with German and Austrian publishers since so many had everything engraved at Röder, who employed more than 1000 music engravers at their Leipzig plant. Without plate numbers and other identifying characteristics, the German publishers can be very difficult to tell apart. Strauss had some early things issued by Rahter along with Aibl.
