I recently uploaded Grünfeld, Frühlingsstimmen op.57, which is at the moment TB. The work is not PD in the US (published 1926), but from my opinion it is PD in the EU. The score does not have an editor or fingerings or pedaling. So Felix Günther, the editor of the other TB version, did not edit this version. Bote&Bock used to use the same plate numbers for different editions (example op.56).
Please check the copyright status again. Thanks.

Re: Grünfeld op.57
The two editions on that page are literally the exact same engraving - there is absolutely no difference between the two. They have different markings at the bottom of the page (though they do use the same plate number), and one gives an editor credit on the first page; aside from that, they have the same dynamics, articulations, etc. (no fingerings on either). So, as long as it is plausible that Felix Günther was the editor of the one edition, both will remain blocked with [TB]. Of course, if an earlier edition could be compared and found to have essentially no differences in the same way, then Günther's editorial claim would be demolished and both files could be freed for the EU server.
