Strangely, none of Viktor Ullmann's works are available on IMSLP. Why?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viktor_Ullmann
If I purchase the downloadable PDF versions of some of his works from Schott's website, would I then be able to upload them to IMSLP as public domain in life+70 countries? For example:
https://en.schott-music.com/shop/klavie ... q7454.html
https://en.schott-music.com/shop/klavie ... q3055.html
The entirety of the above two scores can be previewed at:
https://en.schott-music.com/shop/pdfvie ... &idy=12402
https://en.schott-music.com/shop/pdfvie ... &idy=10781
I don't see fingerings or any other obvious non-essential editorial contributions, so I'm unsure what apart from the prefaces was contributed by the editors, whether these are considered "urtext" editions, etc.
Thanks in advance for your guidance,
Jonathan

The introduction of Sonatas 1-4 says: the first edition of these Sonatas, self-published by Victor Ulmann in Prague, served as a basis for this edition [...] Today they are kept at the Karls University in Prague.
