Hi all,
I'm just making sure I have the green light on my first submission to IMSLP.
The piece is Symphonic Waltz, Op. 8, by German-American composer Frideric Stock (former music director of the Chicago Symphony).
Stock died in 1942. This piece's copyright notice is dated 1910, and the publisher's (D. Rahter, Leipzig) plate number is 3918. ISMLP contains another piece by the same composer and publisher, from the same year, his String Quartet, Op. 6.
Am I good to go?

Re: Is this public domain?
The work is in the public domain in most jurisdictions of the world. Since it was published prior to 1924 it is PD in the U.S. Since Stock died over 50 years/70 years ago the work is public domain in Canada (and other 50 year postmortem author jurisdictions) and the European Union (and other 70 year postmortem author jurisdictions). Please upload it!
