Folk song sight singing series

Post by VancouverVancouver »

Hello,
I have the complete Folk Song Sight Singing Series published by Oxford. All I found was that it's been published in 1933 and the authors are Edgar Crowe, Annie Lawton, W. Gillies Whittaker. I can't find when they died though. Do you think the series could still be under copyright in Canada?

William Gillies Whittaker (1876-1944) is definitely public domain.

The other two I can't quite track down at the moment. I can look more later. But I can't find any publications after the 1930s or so from them so I would mark it as checked (so it'd be OK as PD-Canada, unless it were demonstrated otherwise).
