1-91 Bach Chorales Open Score (Boyd & Riemenschneider)

Hi,

Long time downloader and first-time poster on these forums. I am interested in uploading a scan of a relatively rare book of 91 Bach Chorales in open score edited by Charles N. Boyd and Albert Riemenschneider. The copyright is from 1939, Boyd died in 1937 and Riemenschneider died in 1950. Under these conditions, I believe the work should not be under copyright anymore, but I'm not certain about this. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could confirm this before I upload. I have a feeling that if it hasn't been uploaded already, there must be a reason why.
