Re: Copyright status
Hello,
Sorry for the late reply, probably not PD anywhere as both of these contributors: Argenzio Jorio (1923 - 2001) and Roberto Gorini Falco (1924-2013) are not in the public domain anywhere. As to the USA Status for USA copyright, if this was published in 1959 outside of the United States, even without a copyright notice, it might be restored copyright under the URAA, but I would need to see the copyright detail page if there is at least a USA city posted for being simultaneously published globally. So its unlikely this can be eligible for upload on here.

Re: Copyright status
Okay, thanks for the reply. Is it easy to check the copyright status you're talking about? Does it take a long time? Where can these documents be found?
Re: Copyright status
Just see...
https://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Copyright_Made_Simple
and
https://imslp.org/wiki/Public_domain
You really mostly just need to know (1) when the author(s) died and/or (2) when the item was published.
