Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Idyll

Hello,
I wanted to inquire regarding the orchestral version of Idyll by Samuel Coleridge Taylor. Currently IMSLP has only the published violin and piano version https://imslp.org/wiki/Idyll_(Coleridge ... 2C_Samuel). The orchestral version of the piece was never published, but was rented out by Novello (string parts were engraved, score and wind parts were manuscript). It is not known exactly when the orchestral score was made (or even if it was actually Coleridge-Taylor who orchestrated it), but the Fleischer Collection who loans it out estimates it was also made c. 1901 (https://catalog.freelibrary.org/Record/83793). A Novello catalog from 1902 perhaps confirms this estimate (https://www.google.com/books/edition/No ... ige-taylor).
Am I right to assume that a scan of the manuscript score can be uploaded to IMSLP?
