I have an edition of Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No.2 with editor and publisher different from the 12 that are already posted. At the bottom of the first page it says Copyright 1963 by the publisher. Could I post this on IMSLP?

Maybe post an image of the first page for us to see on here? That might qualify as a Critical edition.
