Sorry for the late reply, probably not PD anywhere as both of these contributors: Argenzio Jorio (1923 - 2001) and Roberto Gorini Falco (1924-2013) are not in the public domain anywhere. As to the USA Status for USA copyright, if this was published in 1959 outside of the United States, even without a copyright notice, it might be restored copyright under the URAA, but I would need to see the copyright detail page if there is at least a USA city posted for being simultaneously published globally. So its unlikely this can be eligible for upload on here.

Okay, thanks for the reply. Is it easy to check the copyright status you're talking about? Does it take a long time? Where can these documents be found?
