Can someone confirm the copyright status of these three orchestral works?

Ethiopia's Shadow in America
Violin Concerto No. 1
Violin Concerto No. 2

All three were first published posthumously after being rediscovered in 2009.

My understanding is that all three would be PD in the US, as they were first published after 2002 and it has been more than 70 years since the author's death.

If these were first published in 2009, I might suggest uploading these files then on the Taiwan Server. We could have them on the USA Server but just to be safe if there is evidence these were somehow published before 2003 then I would upload it to Taiwan's because here Life + 50 term ended in 2004.

I would link evidence to the websites on the workpage where you found such publication evidence when making the workpage.
