status of uploaded Ernest Bloch arrangement

I recently uploaded an arrangement I made of Ernest Bloch's From Jewish Life. The original is marked as PD in US and Canada (I am in US), and I marked mine with CC0 1.0. I uploaded the files about a week ago, and they are still marked as blocked. I'm wondering if that is because (1) no one has got to looking at it to vet the copyright status yet; (2) there is a problem with the copyright; or (3) there's something else I was supposed to do to move the process along. If (1), that's fine of course, I will wait. I'm in no rush, and I'm sure this is all volunteer work, though I would be grateful to have some hint as to the likely timing. If (2), how can I learn what the problem is? And if (3), someone please help learn what to do! Thanks.
