Hi everyone,
I just found out that the SLUB Dresden offers a lot of scans of music written for the "Dresdener Hofkapelle", see here
http://digital.slub-dresden.de/sammlung ... nachTitel/. Is it ok to post these on IMSLP? Do the references to the DFG funding have to be removed?

These should be fine. You don't even have to remove the funding references. If there is a corporate logo on the file anywhere, it must be removed. It looks like they have a permanent URL for each work, which should be included in the "Scanner" field, just like we do with Sibley and the Danish Royal Library. It looks like everything there is public domain, from the fast scan I did of the site. Bring it on - let's see if we can get to 50,000 files by September.

So you consider the SLUB logo on the lower left of each page safe?

Ideally, it would be best to eliminate all logos on scans of public domain scores. As far as the USA and Canada go - it's probably OK as SLUB is a government entity. The EU may treat the issue differently, however. We have the Brahms first edition collection from a German library which all have the embedded watermark logo. Logos or trademarks of private corporate entities - like Google or Microsoft - are another matter. They cannot be reproduced without permission.

(looking at the steady stream of music files from SLUB-Dresden which are starting to appear here...)
Flute music by Quantz!! Lots of it! Keep it coming, please!

Well, as far as I can tell, this is all music by Quantz they have. But there is a lot more by Telemann and Graun (though maybe not so concentrated on the flute but rather on the violin).
