Works of Carl Bohm

Does anyone know the copyright status of Bohm's La Zingana, Sarabande, Spanish Serenade, or The Rain? I ask because although he died in 1920, some of his stuff appears to have been published a few years posthumously.

The items you uploaded appear to be from a Carl Fischer series of Violin/ Piano music issued ca.1895-1915. We'll have to research more, but I think Gustav Saenger was the editor - using the pseudonym W. F. Ambrosio.
