Given the date '2/2004' and the nice typesetting, this appears to be a new edition, which IMSLP *officially* honours for 25 years. Though, since it is published by UE, whom we all *love*, should I post it anyway?

From your description, there appears to be no actual copyright claim being made for the 2004 typeset (assuming it is actually a new typeset). Berg died in 1935 and Rebay in 1914, so there is nothing inherently protected here (Schereker died in 1934). The copyright claim is 1911 and all of the authors involved are dead over 70 years. It would appear the work is free worldwide. Post it and I'll look it over in detail just to make sure there are no surprises.
