I guess Fenby's involvement rules this out from posting on IMSLP?

Delius is public domain in Canada, United states, and the European Union. Same applies to Walt Whitman and Jelka Fenby.

Eric Fenby (1906 – 1997), however, is NOT public domain anywhere except maybe Afghanistan or the Sudan . Since our servers are located in Canada, so we have to abide by their copyright laws. So the score in question can't be uploaded to IMSLP - it is in the not public domain. Thanks,
