I have the keyboard Partitas (BWV 825-830) in the Bärenreiter edition. Richard Jones is the editor. I understand it has been first published in 1976 as it is stated here on Bärenreiter's website :

The 1976 date appears also in the PDF file. If I understand well the Urtext rule, I am allowed to upload this, but I want to be sure.

Yes, you can upload it here as an urtext. Keep in mind that it will be an EU-server item as it would possibly be under copyright in the USA.
