Could someone re-review the copyright for these 9 works? see: http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Colin,_Charles
The editions blocked on imslp are now available from Gallica/BNF (http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b5 ... les.langEN), and for those Solos that are available in first editions it is quite clear that the editorial work of Pierre Bajeux is mostly limited to frequent hairpin decresc. at the ends of phrases, in addition to some subtle changes in phrasing and dynamics
Obviously, BNF considers this not enough to warrant full copyright until 2032 and lists Bajeux as "editeur scientifique" - should imslp not follow this lead and make these available on the EU server?

Re: Charles Colin Solos de Concours
I am tempted to agree with your assessment here. BNF is a major institution and the Bajeaux edition was first published in France. As I recall, the original discussion on these had to do with fingerings and other things added by Bajeaux. Definitely worth another look.
Re: Charles Colin Solos de Concours
I agree, these could easily be made available. Bajeux's contributions are generally very minor, and other works he edited have been done in a similar fashion. Let the BNF lead the way.
