Cadenzas to Mozart KV 216 violin concerto

I got from my violin teacher about 60 years ago a set of cadenzas
to the Mozart G major concerto by Bram Eldering.
Eldering, of Dutch origin, was Prof. at the Cologne Musikhochschule.
The copyright is from 1940, Aßmann Verlag Burscheid (does not seem to exist
anymore). Eldering died in 1943 in one of the Cologne bombings.

The cadenzas are quite decent in my opinion, not as long as
other cadenzas, and the technical difficulties are on the level of those
of the concerto.
I would have to create a composer page which I have no right to, etc. On
the other hand the cadenzas would
fit anyway into the Mozart page of that concerto.
How about the copyright status, and may somebody help me in
supplying the cadenzas into IMSLP?
