I could not find out about Maestro Gao. Please advise whether I can submit this book.

The editor of this series is probably Gaó Gurgel (1909–1992). It appears this is a collection of previously-published pieces from 1968 that might have first been published in edition by Gurgel. Although Nazareth is public domain, the presence of an editor here and posthumous publication probably indicates this collection is still protected.
